Maybe I should wait until Monday or Tuesday and if they haven't shipped it yet, file a claim with Paypal because I think Ebay is not going to help me because I 'Closed the return" when I didn't intend to pursue it after the first screen...
 
Kind of like my missing muffler. This outfit was reccomended by a youtuber,and it wont go over very well when i mention i got screwed over by said manufacturer. I will have to put a claim in with someone, but i signed for the incomplete shipment, not knowing it was incomplete.

I go back into my email and I have a ebay mail stating that I started a return - even though I didn't click the button to go to the next step when I saw they wanted to charge me return shipping for an item that hasn't been shipped yet...

I go in and cancel the return thinking maybe I'm jumping the gun and the part may ship by the end of the day... As of last night, it hasn't been picked up by the post office... So I go back in to try to process the return and it says that I can't do it again.... :BangHead:

So I sent the guy a message through ebay:

What's going on with shipping my order? It was supposed to arrive today. It took a week just to print the label, now over a day has passed and it's still not in possession of the post office. When are you going to send my order out? If you don't want to ship it, just give me a full refund, don't charge me to return a package that you never sent.

Still no reply from this guy yet...

I'm still new to ebay and learning the process... But I guess if the guy doesn't respond within 3 business days I can get ebay involved with the transaction... I also think I may be able to go through Paypal if ebay won't do anything because I used my Paypal account to pay for it...

What do you guy think I should do and how to proceed...

Really you probably just need to let the dust settle at this point. It may have shipped anyway. It showed label printed, so he paid postage.

At 04:00 there was a big kaboom, and the rain started. I bet we got 2” in 30 minutes. It rained hard for an hour. Hope it doesent rain too much, the noise in the quonset will be too loud and i wont be able to hear the voices in my head.
 
Had a snack, third cup almost done. Time to get to removing engine. I hope to get the 360 sitting on motor mounts by monday.

I've watched a little of it. Hometown boy Gary Woodland is playing and currently tied for seventh.
 
Well unfortunately here no car news, car shows, no car nothing planned for the near future. The new house remolding project and prepping the current house has consumed me. We were looking at the estimates of what we want to do with the new house. Lets just say thankfully we got it for a great price. Projects are like options on a new car, and Cheryl is apparently looking at a high optioned sports car...LOL!!

Washed the car just now. Planning to drive it up to my seminar. Only 60-70 mile round trip, but will make it more fun. Upper 80's today, but 70 now.
