Well, I can tell you what works for me. Going outside and doing ANYTHING car related. Without FAIL every time I have to stop what I'm doing and come back in the house.
broke down and got the first shot yesterday, have Mariyns friend that refuses to wear a mask etc and is a UBER driver in Arizona coming next week for a week. Freaking arm is killing me today.

Should be a interesting Visit, they plan on going to NYC and see some sites foir Joanns boyfriend, empire state, statue of iberty etc, but it is all locked down unless you are totally vacinated and wear a mask, I am staying home for that fiasco!
