Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yep, I probably price some stuff too high when I do a yard sale. But if you look over a lot of items and see too many priced near what they sell for in store, I won't even make an offer.
I have bought LOTS of tools in the past from swap meets and yard sales. Looking for quality tools. For my donations. I have found the fairest prices are asked by the poorest sellers. Church sales were a good place to look. Estate sales not so much....

Sorry there part timer. :poke::poke::lol:

So we are officially world wide! (part time)
Actually I plan on doing some business in Viet Nam, besides real estate. I want to open a consulting business to upraise and evaluate hot rods here in America that the Rich guys in Viet Nam want to buy. Working on contacts now with the car clubs there...

That sounds like a plan.

Well found a big part of running hot. 180 thermostat. Does not begin to open until over 200. Putting in a 160.

I'm pretty sure my antique ins with State Farm says garage kept, but he looked at it outside and never said a word.

Good Morning
Agree. I just had to take an outside picture, all they asked was Masonry, or wood frame.
I just snapped a picture of one of my buildings and sent it in.
That was over 20 years ago. Maybe times have changed

They want to see car in the garage. And a picture of said garage on the property.

Milodon high-flow thermostats greatly aid the correct functioning of a high-performance cooling system. They're engineered to warm the engine to a proper operating temperature without making it run hot enough to lose power. Also, the "Balanced Sleeve" design equalizes the pressures exerted on the thermostat. This counters the undesired effect of increased flow from a high-volume water pump, which actually tends to hold a stat closed.

Kinda missed their mark :eek:

You think? BUT I will give them this, the 210 it opens at? On the stove, is exactly what my gauge shows in the car!!!
