Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well it's Friday here so morning I guess.
Up 3 hours earlier then usual.
Guess it breakfast and unload the car from yesterday.

@Stephen Hotz I'm sorry I've missed your calls. I'm not ignoring you, I promise. We've been busy ad holy crappolie the last few days trying to make some extra dough for the usual holes in the budget. lol I'll try to sit down tomorrow (Friday) and give you a shout.

Wut up, Ray?

Man! We've had a PILE of rain here! There are some roads completely covered in Jones County. We're fortunate because our house actually sits on the SECOND HIGHEST POINT in the county, so if we flood, we're ALL on bad shape. lol

I have a pond here around 1/4 acre, a few weeks ago seriously heavy rain and the pond had a stream out of it, teel you what when they built this place in 1802 they put it in the highest place. They knew what they were doing back then. Saw your area on the news stay safe there. Flooding is nothing to play with for sure.

Went to the Hershey show yesterday with OMR an WV Willie, good time, spent 4-5 hours there, Man that place is huge, we only hit say 1/8 of it. Not much Mopar but found a few gems I can use.

Morning to you all.
We close on our old house this morning.
A chunk of change will hit our account this morning and it will be a done...and life goes on.

Craig you should have seen the cool garage bling there, tons of it. You have to go one year and plan spending a few days looking around. Crazy amount of stuff.

I tell you what on a few of the houses I owned, one seller became a close friend and it was great to answer questions that came up with the house, that was in HI where we bought a house cut it in half and moved it. That was a freaking adventure there all in one weekend the lot was bulldozed leveled, a cesspool blown in the lava rock and the house moved and put together all in two days. Crazy.

I wanted to hit a smaller scale version of Hersey we have in our area. It too had a lot of vendors with garage stuff. All I can say is maybe next year.

WOW!!

And the wife was taking her finals on Oahu to get her BSN at University of Hawaii also. So glad they did not have cell phones then. Got home Sunday night and she was a wreck. Then back to the Navy intel center Monday. No way I can do that now!

Good news on the final step selling your old house Craig.
I agree with HOPPY. This place had a lot of cool bling for your garage.
I told HOPPY what I have to finish boxing up to send you . my donation to the new garage.
