Stop in for a cup of coffee

yeah, I think it is, I took the one out of the slant transmission and put it in place and it still does not work. I tried to start it from the solenoid and as it turned out the spark plug wires are **** and were giving weak spark. SO it is vacation time and I will continue messing with it Monday when I get back.

You have to match the vintage of the trans with the neutral safety switch, you can't mix and match them... :BangHead:

Well epic fail in Fargo, as many on here know my hound is a LEO 100 pound plus German Shepard named Hemi. She has been by my side for many years. Long story short we may have been rough housing a bit this evening and she ricocheted off the end table where my full glass of red wine was. Glass of red wine ended up on the carpet. Jodi (wife) was not amused. As she was on her hands and knees trying to save the carpet from a full glass of red wine spill event, I may have remarked about how good she looked on her knees. Needless to say the evening deteriorated from there. Dumb dog, even dumber master!

Sounds like when my mom was making us strawberry daiquiris and spilled a whole pitcher of them on her white carpet... Luckily she had many steam cleaning apparatuses from "As Seen on TV" commercials and we were able to get it all cleaned up...

Then my younger son drew a good picture of the blender pitcher spilling the drinks on the floor...

In the almost 20 years we've been out in the country, we've had maybe five field mice make their way into the house. The latest one was about a week or so ago. I got up and went to the kitchen to start my coffee one mornin and on the way back I noticed some "things" in the floor. I didn't think anything of it, as the cats have a pretty big assortment of toys in their toy basket. Kitty went into the kitchen to get breakfast started and I hear "EWWWWWWW!" The cats had dismembered a small mouse into like seven or eight pieces. They made SURE to leave them all right in the path to the front door, so the hyoomahns would be sure to see. I went in and cleaned it all up and Kitty dished out the treats for the cats. They're brutal. Nothing gets past them.

When we were young, there was a mouse in our kitchen that kept setting off the mouse traps and stealing the bait...

We had a black engora cat at the time with long black fur and green eyes - the Halloween special cat... He slept in the basement every night and we let him upstairs every morning... One morning, dad opened the basement door and there was our cat laying at the bottom of the steps with a grin on his face and dead mouse between his front paws...

That mouse must have wandered down stairs from the kitchen, because after that no more traps were set off and the bait stolen... He got the trap bait stealer...

They may be able to fool a mouse trap, but not a good cat.... :D

I shouldn't have accepted the quarter panel for my Suburban, it's got rust thru in a spot or two and the body shop that's doing the repair doesn't do "rust repair". They are more of a collision shop than a restoration shop. I called the junkyard and told them I was taking it to body shop for them to look at, hoping for the best if I have to return the quarter. Thing is the guy told me that if he ran into rot he'd move on to a second suburban they had in the yard. He did not do that.

They took you for a ride on that... That sucks...

Howdy all. Not much backreading. Made it to the boat around 10:00. Got my second negative covid test yesterday. Wife went to doctor today and the told her to chill out, get some rest, etc. She got a negative test as well, so all good.

Always good news.

Always fun to see him, and his older sister.
Growing up I never thought of someday having greatgrands.
Kind of cool though.

One place we lived in leaked a lot of mice. Always trapping. O lil bastard would run in the hallway squeaking every night, and stealing the bait in the traps. I fixed the little effer. I set about 10 traps under the kitchen sink with no bait. I figured thats where they were getting in. I was right. Quite the racket at 2 am. got him. In a couple traps.

Mopar shop list:

550-1373-TL 73-74 Duster Door Glass Left Clear 550-1373-TL 73-74 Duster Door Glass Left Tinted 550-1373-TR 73-74 Duster Door Glass Right Tinted
550-1374-TL 74-76 Duster Door Glass Left Tint
550-1374-TR 74-76 Duster Door Glass Right Tint
That would show the change was early 74. He didn't have a clue they were different, but took it hoping maybe his was that one. I have one of each in clear yet for the passenger door, so know exactly what the difference is. I also have extra 74+ regulators, was wondering if he could change it. Pretty sure he does not want to change doors. Sounds like he has a half decent 73 340car and is trying to change to tinted glass.
