Stop in for a cup of coffee

I needed the NyQuil to sleep myself, but that is when it dried up my sinuses and the sinus headaches started. Lasted over a week. Overall, I did better without it. Always a trade off.

Laughing (silently) at my wife this morning. She is going to have lunch with a friend today and exchange some gifts. Well she waits until this morning to find and wrap them. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::lol::lol::rofl::rofl:

Gotta stay hydrated - lots of water... One shot of regular nyquil before bed and I was good for 6+ uninterrupted hours sleep. On the worst sinus days I'd do a shot of Dayquil too, but that has more phenyl-whatever in it and can make me edgy.

Now she has me looking for boxes and answering questions about whether this or that is right. Like answering a "do I look fat in this dress" question. No right answer there! It will be m y fault before this is over.:rofl::rofl:

I consumed more water than ever in my life, and then when getting the infusion they gave me another 500ml of fluids. That made a huge difference.

tried that had the same thing happen. And I’ve been drinking a crap load of water
No doubt, it is a tricky balance playing chemistry set with the body. I have other meds daily. So when sick, I gotta be careful what I add. But, I figure getting enough sleep when sick is one of the most important things. So knowing the Nyquil gets me there, I do what I can to make it work.

This is a must have! LOL
