Mom is moved. She lost it on friday, had to get back saturday early to get her settled down. Its been really rough. Something i really wasnt expecting. And dealing with 5 siblings as well. And moms birthday is on saturday. They all want to see her.

Dealing with the siblings is the hard part.
 
Word is getting out that there is an empty house in town. Getting calls, everybody is looking for a deal. Jeez. I’m listing it.
 
found a 66 Coronet local parts car. Might get lucky and get needed sheet metal....

my wife does the same thing. I just want some walls and a damn roof, I don’t give a rat *** about anything else. If it were up to me, we’d been built 4 years ago.

I do as well. They’re cost efficient. But no my wife wants a stick built with cedar siding .... that will cost me twice as much.
 
Man if it wasn’t for bad luck, I’d have none. A couple months ago, signed my extension contract with the guard, now they come out with 20Gs to extend ones contract...

The government gives them the bonus, to re up, then tax it at 40 percent!!!!
