Yours truly has to defend his state Title and has been so busy I have not shot a single Cowboy match yet all year. They are gonna mop the floor with me. We have been focusing on getting our house built. And all the other preparations it takes to move across the Country plus getting a startup business off the ground. Good Morning everyone. I hope all is well. Looks like rain most of the day here. Drove the Demon. Good √ and bad ×. Header collector leak fixed √ Coolant doesn't seem to be leaking and must have just been residual stuck in frame and k member from changing the heads √ Shake seems gone √ Crazy horrible oil leak because a valve cover gasket must have moved when putting them on × Need to adjust brakes much better × Header to head gaskets leaking and need changed, new ones should be here tonight ×
 
Morning sad news yesterday.
Made me think of my response to a similar situation August 5, 1993, at the Federal Courthouse here when a POS launched an attack with firearms and pipe bombs.
I feel it's much tougher though when it involves a school.
Prayers to all involved there.

I have been telling the wife this alot more lately. To dramatically cut down on shootings just do a better job controling the ammo, like show a ID for it? I know to serialize it also is a big NRA no no.

Those that can't or couldn't buy it will get it.
But I agree we need tighter control in certain aspects for some.
It's difficult though to stop crazy and angry especially both.

Yeah. By a tranny turned terrorist. The thing targeted a school where a majority of the kids were children of border patrol agents. They should drag that piece of ***** body thru the streets behind a horse.

Not satisfied there is a good solution here. For those of us that have been on the pointy end of the stick one of the first things you learn is bad people wanting to do bad things, find a way. There is hundreds of years of empirical evidence supporting that. As recent as England making it a crown offense to even own a firearm in Scotland. We all know how that turned out. Being a Scot on both sides of family that one is a sore subject, hah! Anyway, In the end the bad guys are the only ones that have a plan. By default the good guys are reactionary (to a degree) up until we reach what is called the pivot point, then it is game on for the good guys. These situations just make my heart ache and reinforce my passion for education and training in the arena of a Dynamic Critical Incident. I hate the fact that I spend so much time teaching Church Security Teams. I often sit and just reflect after each session, questioning why we even have to consider training a Church Team. In the end there will always be bad guys, and there will always be folks that are willing to stand in the gap to let good people sleep at night. Blessings upon those that lace up their boots and stand as one.

They closed up the mental institutions to save budget money, and now they wonder why there are so many shootings...

Many of these shooters now days have known mental disorders... Open some mental institutions so the people that need the help can get it...
