Stop in for a cup of coffee

First thing you will want is a front fender! The front end on your bike is very highly coveted. Nice sled!

Nah...front fenders are just for people who don't want all the water off the front tire in their face, even the littlest bit of water right to the glasses. Ask me how I know...

Went and cut some grass. Until a belt let go. Got lots done though. Probably 4.5 acres.

So far no work scheduled for Saturday, so maybe get near done the bathroom project this weekend. I did finish ceiling repair and painted and put up new light since I got back from Carlisle. Plus lawn is mowed and most of the weeds sprayed.

Went and picked up my new to me motorcycle today from my buddys shop. Bought it on the installment program. Been giving him so much money every so often. Lol. Has a new S&S engine on it. Never had gas in the tank. Hasn't run since they repowered it. Doesn't run now. I had to get it off the trailer myself and get it inside here today. 1984 wide glide shovelhead. I like it. I'll tinker with it and get it running and then maybe change a few things don't know yet.

I can see all those little motor scooters in VN running for cover already

Sure..., But it aint goin there...I'll keep it here for rides when my Gal gets here.....Here's my ride in Viet Nam, other than the car. 08 Yamaha NVX 155cc, liquid cooled, variable valve, automatic. I like it. A Harley is way too much for VN and all the traffic in the cities....

Picked up 66 383 block. Today. Left tucson at 1045. 200 dollars. Fresh machining. 30 over.

Vacuum gage there is really nice.

I thought of that and the factory tach, but my car had neither, so when replacing an added oil psi gauge from the 80's, I decided to just go back as it should be

Tomorrow, the dart is back on the front burner! Literally. Time to get stuff finished up and ready for mud

Took th he 64 out with my daughter. Quick 32 mile cruise. So nice to be on the road.

50 mph at 3,000 rpm
Runs a little hot but have yet to flush and replace hoses. Figure the antifreeze in there is over a decade old.

I think it's running a little rich as well.

But it sure was nice

Went for an evening boat ride with a couple friends. Was awesome. Then sat around the fire and had some nice conversation
