Welding shop. There has to be someone around with a tig welder. Its the “in” thing now, being able to weld aluminnium.

i used something similar to muggy weld to fix a pinhole in my brand new aluminum rad. Can’t get muggy weld here.

No worries, I got it done, by turning the steering column to a flat spot. Used a universal 5/8 plug socket...BUT...Not so easy....

Tubes inside? You lost me. If its leaking, perhaps you can get warranty? An inner row of tubes leaking with no external damage, i’d try it.

There's usually a fairly vigorous discussion that occurs :rolleyes: with opposing factions. I have some folks that I lean toward their opinions primarily. .
