Had a friend do that. Spend 800 bucks a month on a Tesla , base model. To save 230 bucks a month on gas. An 18 hr trip from here to Miami turned in nearly 24 hours by the time he had to stop and charge every 3 hours. Meanwhile, when we went in May, I stopped once for 15 minutes for food and gas….

My High School buddy was a tail gunner on a Buff. He liked it. If the main part of the aircraft had terminal issues, he had his own EJECT button and he was outa there. He really took offense when they automated the guns and moved the gunner and controls a midships with the rest of the crew.

Theres a lot of stuff wadded up. And I guess some of one of the barrier islands sunk into the sea floor… took a bunch of stuff with it and it’s now 3 islands instead of one
