New rubber finally came in. Tires are tough to find these days. Lots on back order
Control arms out, bushings replaced cleaned and painted. Ball joints and assemble tomorrow.
That’s what I’m doing tomorrow. Ball joints in the Jeep. The entire suspension will be new when I’m done so hopefully it’ll be worth it
So, here was my Thanksgiving yesterday.At Mama's house. Ut Kha is barbecuing using coconut shells. But WTF are they cooking??? Told me it is pork belly. Ummm, no thanks...Did have some Huge Shrimp tho. And of course Beer.

The american-made Moog, and TRW and Mc Quay Norris were great products back in the day. Now mostly made in China..
Nope, I went with what all the die hard Jeepers recommended, Tera Flex. 100 percent USA made, course they’re 5 times the cost of moog. 300 a pair for ball joints

I found some old stock, made in USA, MOOG tie rod ends. They were nice
I bought som AC DELCO pieces that look pretty good. Taiwan I believe.
There used to be a company called Rare Parts. I think they were out of Georgia. They carried many different brands of chassis parts, but quality parts. Not foreign made. Don't know if they're still in business or not.

Mom is being moved to a care home on monday. Busy few days coming up. And have to tell mom she is not moving closer, but an hour away from us. So be it, better than a hospital.

Sorry to hear that I lost my mom a few months ago and my father in law. Have my mother in law living with me now and she isn't doing real well coping with life.
We do what we can and that's all we can do.
