Zero hits on my C list ad for the tires so thought I'd have the wife post on Facebook Msgr. Well, so far we've been offered gift cards and cash from two guys, she's now editing her ad to cash only. One good question was date code on the tires, I'm not used to looking for that but I found it.

Another one Ive heard is they want to prepay with Paypal then pull the funds back after they get the goods.

No matter what, I pull the funds instantly from PayPal after receiving them to a unique account, then to cash and then into my bank account. It’s a bit of a pain but a LONG time ago, I got bit by an eBay buyer that did that too me.
Claimed I never shipped the item, even though I shipped thru PayPal’s label creator and insured it and had it signed for on delivery. Provided the proof to PayPal but PayPal still awarded him the funds back. Took me for just under 300 bucks. To make matters worse, 2 weeks later they showed right back up on eBay….under the same account name. Neither PayPal or eBay would do anything about it. This happened when eBay and PayPal were still joint

So as some of you here know I sold a significant piece of land last week. And we've been trying to sell the house that we live in here. But haven't had any serious buyers. So we decided to do some upgrade work around the house to make it more salable. Couple of guys came out yesterday to look and give us a price. They showed up today with eight guys at 7:00 a.m. they're going to tear up all of the tile in the compound on the ground and put down new tile and level the surfaces. They're also going to paint all of the compound walls inside and out and the front gate. Also paint the house new white. I was shocked at the price. $70 million dong. Which is about $3,000 USD. Crazy. They should have it done in 10 days. That will be just before Tet begins here. Just an example to show you guys how cheap labor and materials are here in Vietnam. I've attached a video.

Couldn’t tell exactly what that entails, but with fixing/leveling under, re-doing some side stuff they were breaking out etc, AND painting…gotta believe would be in the $x10 range here.
Beginning to start out as a terrible year , just had to call an ambulance for my wife , she couldn't stop coughing . She has had congested heart failure before so can't take any chances . Take care . Be gone for a bit .
Prayers from here Mike. Hope all goes well. My ex sister-in-law just died from a heart attack 2 days before Christmas. Not pretty . Again I am praying for your wife and you..

I'm back out of the hospital again....
I had to fight them tooth and nail... They kept wanting to release me too early...
That ***** female doctor didn't like it when I kept making her stick to the rules... Can't release me if my oxygen level drops below 90... It dropped to 85-86 Saturday when she was still trying to get me to go...

My hart doctor is, glad your oxygen came up Karl, I had company yesterday two old guys c wanted to shoot pool and watch the ft ball game there antenna wouldn't pick up, I have all the channels outside, so they supplied two racks of smoked ribs.. I slept 6 hours straight, woke up at 4 thirty this morning and felt good.. hope you get rested and feeling strong soon.
