pretty much par for the course in a large portion of the ads and maybe more so in the posts in the FABO Tech sections.
ya know. Like "I'm restoring a 62 Lancer and want to know how to wire the denso alternator on a 383 to work with the digital instrument panel"

I had one just like that when I was 14. Put full race cam in it. Was real quick. Went 16 seconds 100 mph at the track. reall!
We drove it to school every day too. Even in the winter.
Not bad if i do say so myself!

It would be a major ordeal to get to them unless it was within 30 miles with all the highway closures

Just in case you were planning a scenic adventure on Pacific Coast Highway south of Monterey and Big Sur
Travelers from the south will encounter a closure on Highway 1 at the elephant seal viewing area, four miles north of San Simeon. A significant slide, one mile south of Ragged Point, extends over both lanes of travel. As a result, the highway is impassible at this location and is expected to restrict access to Ragged Point from the south for several weeks.
Not too long ago they finished constructing a bridge over a major washout in that same area

Skim coat. Not much filler needed now.
Developed a headache, thought i would take a break. Went into house,turned on tv, it was acting up. Didnt take long to figure out.

PCH is sorta notorious for that sort of incidentBuild a ark
'83 or '84 thay had one that took them 18 months to clean up by the time they stepped back and took a good look at the state of the slope above the highway. They cut the slope to a more stable configuration and rather than just push it into the sea, the material went to a couple of rock and sand plants that happily processed it into building materials.
