Stop in for a cup of coffee

Mornin. It's goin. How bout you?
It's going. Not liking the return of sub zero temps this weekend and next week. I think I need a different converter for the Demon. I believe I went the wrong way while I was thinking old technology. Likely the cause of part throttle or idle to WOT.

OK I'm up COFFEE!!

Could be, what’s your stall

I had a 3000 but the drive snout cracked and leaked fluid everywhere. I was in the old mindset of mushy, slipping, heat building stall converters and for road trips was using 2.91 gears, so I put in a 2400 stall. I should have put in a 4000ish tight converter. I think I am lugging the motor with a stab to WOT. One thing I had forgotten about me changing. I had changed to a shorter tunnel ram (for hood clearance), new distributor and velocity stacks also. So, that is the likely culprit. May have to tune it the best I can and save for a custom converter. I am waiting for a reply from Ultimate Converter Concepts, but the right thing to do is wait. Unless other year's plans fall through.

I'd love to play around with that
I've watch a bunch of youtubes finding stuff. Looks like fun.
I have 4 and figure out how I could send you one and I will.
What happens when you latch on to something too big to pull up? Go swimming? Ain't like you can snap a rope like you would a fishing line...

Good Morning.

So when we was in Tennessee and went to that big knife store, I did manage to bring home this little guy. I had one like it a couple years ago and broke it coincidentally in Tennessee. This one is a bit smaller but more manageable. And double lockback

Another place to check is Precision of New Hampton. They are top notch convertor builders. The largest privately own rebuilder in the nation. They build converters for many aftermarket companies. You buy a "in stock" converter from Summit and there's a good chance they built it.

Cool.
I went with Biltron up on Long Island... good conversation with them to understand my build and hit what I wanted. Pricier
