Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good evening folks!

Having a few beers here trying to drown this damned sinus infection. I'm hoping the alcohol will kill it!

A friend of mine in the Graphics Arts business gave me access to his clip-art files today. 8 GB of high quality images to use license-free. That's about 1000 different images! Woo Hoo!

I know just what you mean. Gunner is with me 24/7...Uh except for Almost Lift Weekend... Not sure what to do about his intermittent lameness yet.

Is he developing osteoarthritis? OA runs cycles of flairs when the pain is bad and then it's ok other times. He might just need some doggie NSAIDs for when it flairs.

Really only happens if he runs too much (if thats possible). I do give him Cosequin dx as a supplement each day, hoping to stave off future issues. Also do have some Doggie pain pill for when I really see him hurting.

You can also give him Glucosomine for the arthritis. You can give them both at the same time and it's more effective...

Sounds like you need the anti-inflammatory NSAIDs to keep the inflammation down when he runs a lot. What you describe sounds like the NSAIDs are what he needs to stop the cascade that results in pain. I'd ask your vet next time you get a chance. They really are a miracle drug for dogs with these kinds of symptoms.
