Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well I just rolled back in from a very tuff few days of training. Only three guys passed the quals. and got certified. I lucked out and was one of them. I also managed to pull off the quickest stage. Not quick in the big fishbowl but quick enough in our little one. At ten yards, from a holstered pistol,on the buzzer I put ten shots on a B8 for a score of 95 in 6.0 seconds. The ten ring is just over three inches on a B8. At ten yards it is small! From there I had to move back to 25 yards and get another ten shots all in the black. I pulled off a 90. That drill is the one that killed most everyone as you had to score a 80 or better to pass. Man it was a humbling few days. You boys have put up over twenty pages since I been on here. Holy Smokes!

Hey guys, quick question... I have never run a small block, a lot of big blocks though.. I see small block guys using a oil filter angle adapter, is this to clear headers or?? Just curious if i am going to need to get one also...

I think so, not positive. @Johnny Mac would know.
I know some guys run the angle adapter on smallblocks, but in probably 4 sets of headers on my dart, including the current 2.125 headers, I have never had a set interfere with the filter.

4°. That’s just above freezing. Sun will be out and it will warm up quick. The rain yesterday was needed, but wont be a huge setback for the farmers.

Yeah. Nothing rupture. All the organs look normal on all the scans. They can’t get me in for confirmation test on the gall bladder until the 31st. And that’s with it listed as critical.
In the meantime nothing fatty or spicey to eat. If you do it will give you a jolt.
Took the wife three months to get in for her check and she lost her mood for food and 20 pounds.
Yes she had her gall bladder removed no problems.

What’s the recovery like?

As for the foods, the weird part for me is that nothing seems to set it off. Been dealing with it since November off and on. The less I eat or the healthier I eat, the worst the pain gets. I don’t get it

Morning guys thought I was here by my lonesome for a minute.
Pass the coffee. Heading out early for golf with friends of ours and then home to mow.

yeah.. i think i will end up ordering one.. and just really cover my windshield... I have been waiting like 2 months to get this hood off now.. Being a hermit has drawbacks :)
I always use a shop crane to aid in removing hoods. And i have eye bolts in my ceiling i can use with ratchet straps.

My German Shephard was 14 1/2 years old with hip problems so I gave her the CBD , what a difference it made for her , so I tried it , a little bit for the dog and a little bit for me. It helped !!!
I have been considering it. Last couple days, or weeks has been almost unbearable. Not sleeping well at all.

Weird *** dream last night. I opened up like a 1960 type of town based on Hot rodding kind of like a amusement park. Great idea though popped when the eyes went open. Just off Rt 66 That would be cool though. So call it August can bring what you might need there. drive on Dynos, Drive in, speed shops, soda shops, bring your car in, drag racing light to light. All the toys for kids that should have killed us! IE Lawn Darts etc.

Family based of course. Guess what it was named?

Prob popped into my sick mind because I was telling Marilyn about Racing on Fountain Ave in Brooklyn in the day. Some great stuff out there on it on the web, even pics of some of the guys that we used to be "regulars" with.
