Low compression 440 with a 3.55 gear? Nope, just a 383-2 barrel powered lang barge.Another uhmmmm
8-10 mpg
Despite upgrading to electronic ignition (HiRev 7500 box and distro kit), rebuilt carb (tuned at idle to 19 in/mg), timing advanced slightly to 15 BTDC @ 500rpm, kick down linkage adjusted to factory spec, etc., I’m not getting better than 8-10 mpg in town even with driving very conservatively...www.forcbodiesonly.com

You invited the fire department lol!Good morning everyone. Bit of a mod range sinus headache this AM. Marie is still down with her migraine, since yesterday AM. The car is so loud. Need to tame it down. The little party was trying to rebuild the cruise scene in town. Used to be 100s every weekend. We will see how it goes. Was fun. They are a restoration shop and big in the gasser tri five chevy scene.

Send the fire fighting planes over here, Alberta is burning!Went on our car club Spring Tour yesterday, a 60 mi trip to Brainerd Airport Cafe. Then toured the Federal and State air fire fighting planes and equipment. Very interesting. Then wife and I stopped at RV campground to visit with family. Not my thing, thankfully I live out in the country

I've seen "smoke jumpers" pile into a landing zone then get taken up by helicopter and dropped into a forest fire, much respect for that. The fire risk season is about over in MN, then the pilots And crew go to other states where needed but Canada has top notch equipment and take take care of their own
