Well actually it wasn't mine, it was my brothers LeMans but it was just like that.
Had 450 tripower with posi and a 3/4 race cam.
Went 100 mph.

I gave up on them after the 3rd "Guuaranteed Fit" part didn't.
My buddy's dad had one too. But it was blue, and Fairlane and a 4 door with a 460 hemi. Did wheelies all the time with stock tires. Could do 150mph.. Sold it because it was too fast.

Dude, back in highschool we took a Chevy 350, bolted to the passenger seat and got an additional 350 horsepower out of the v6 Camaro just by doing that. Then we added some 350 stickers to the window and fenders, that gave us 100 horse power each. Then we put Z28 SS badges on and gained another 200 horse. That thing would out run Doug Force and all 5 of his sons
Don't forget to turn the air cleaner lid over!
I tried that on my Nova.
But it still wasn't as fast as the guy in our neighborhood who had a real dragster and drove it on the street.
The cops never could catch him.
He was so fast it was like he never existed.

yeah.. some emory on that spot just to take the little high spots down so it doesn't push on the race... had to do mine in my rear when i marked them up the same way... clean it well afterwards

Hey that actually does intact work. Hot rod did a dyno test to confirm or disprove it and by golly it raised it, like 20 hp. Seriously

Like the old K&N Filters. Our race buggy engine builder told us those K&Ns made better HP when dirty than when fresh and clean and just oiled up. We got a chuckle out of it at first, then he got his dyno sheets out. There was about a 10% rise with the slightly used filter over the clean and fresh one. You had to suck some of that fresh oil through the filter to open the mesh up somewhat and let the good flow happen.
Back from the bank at least all the checks cleared. only 2400 hacked. Claims are in. What a PIA this is. Going to the corner with the only stoplight wearing cataract glasses in a old uniform wish it was TT though, and a cup see what happens. Later all!

Got my blueberries mulched and wrapped in bird netting. Grass coming up on area I am not using as garden anymore. But was looking thin in some areas, so added some seed to that. Be another week or 3 till I start mowing that
