Well. the wasps were not that bad around the Duster... But what appears to be yellow jackets are swarming around the area I thought they lived in the ground? (Its sitting on concrete) Whatever they are they must have a nest on the car. :BangHead:

Jesus.. dot5 is expensive.. might just go with 4.. like the not ruining paint thing of 5 though :)

Got the brakes on to the point of the flex lines to the calipers.. the lines they sent are like 14inches long... Hoping they didn't want me to run front mount calipers...

P.S. actually they are 19" long... which is bout 10" too long :( emailed pirate jack.. i think they sent me weird a-body lines where the caliper mount to the front...

That sucks.... hope it's simple fix and quick

Loved those misters when I was out in Arizona... had them around the back patio.

How have you been Rainey?
They don't call me princess valiant for nothing. Just scored another valiant this morning so now I'm hunting parts for it.

67 signet 2 door. Kinda sad how this came to be because it was owned by an older gent who was in the process of body work and died from covid and his lad didn't want anything to do with it and fire sold it to me.

It's missing the bumpers and some other random parts that probably got lost in the garage cleanout and liquidation.

Great that you saved it.

Wasn't expecting to see the coils and that rear... should be fun project

quick question, never bled brakes without a pumper/holder person.. you guys gravity bleed or use a vacuum bleed?

BTW. I don't like how long those hoses are. Might cause a problem down the road, if ya know what I mean. Should be able to find hoses the same, in shorter length....

yeah, i emailed pirate jacks to see if they have shorter, thing is with how stiff they are i don't think shorter could make the the turn from the caliper to the frame mount..

BTW.. not sure what problem later though.. they don't kink or hit anything.. and unless i go 4 wheeling i can't see them catching on something..

DING ... The little bell in my head just rang  My old work partner's son Rick worked for John Rodeck. They got the free block when the distributor mounting hole was machined a little bit out of spec and Rodeck gave the block to Rick. A couple cases of beer convinced Rick's workmates to weld up the hole and machine the hole in the right place  So the dragster got a Rodeck
