Morning gents....

My hands are still tingling from running that angle grinder all day yesterday. Pretty happy with how it's looking.

Had the rain down here as well Scott. 63 now... supposed to be in the 50s tomorrow night. I should get the fire pit going after seeing Eric's.

Contemplating...

The smart thing to do is pull it..... so I probably will. It's all new so should be easy...and I'll have a chance to rework a couple of the lines off of the distribution block. Not super happy with the routing.

5% retro active from July 1. Another in October and a step raise in January. All together in the next 3 years a total of 22% and 2 step raises

Heard rumblings that it would be something like 2.7%?
I just read that it had bumped to 3%. We won't really know until the ink dries.
I feel fortunate my military, SS, and VA retirements get a yearly COLA increase unlike my state retirement which has never paid a COLA.

I feel like the Kritters are looking to offset any raises with a benefits reduction.... Seems to be the trend

I wouldn't think any reductions or even talk going into the election cycle. We've all heard the rumblings before, but nothing has ever come of it.
