Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Chicory is the tall stringy plant with blue flower that grows wild beside the roads down here. No idea if it grows up there in yankee land? Chicory coffee is very popular here. Most diners serve it on request.

Nope... It's a southern, roadside weed. :)

I recall it was a "thing" in the 70s...

Well it sure is good to be home, Tim can have all that cris crossing the Country all the time nonsense. I am whipped. Just dawned on me this morning we spaced one of the trucks at the airport! Jodi and I had to divide and conquer this last few weeks due to the National Matches and the boys wedding. In the bone tired confusion last night we drove right by the airport where I stashed one of the trucks in long term parking! Arghh! 1-1/2 hr drive each way to airport from here. I could smell the barn last night and was laser focused on getting home. Completely forgot about the other truck! What a moron!

Had a big doe in the back yard. Puppy did not now what to make of it.
