Stop in for a cup of coffee

Ah you just did your picture magic to it!

Nah, the judges won't buy me just showing a picture of what's under the hood. Besides, If I was going to photoshop it, ALL the parts would be brand shiny new...and there would be a blower tucked in there too!

Looks spiffy there Dave-o..
Thanks! I just cracked open a beer. I've done all I'm gonna do on it today. The body is about 3/4 detailed and I still have the interior to do...but it can wait until tomorrow. I got a big jump on it all today so I'm happy.

And the beer is about to make me Hoppyer!

Yes I will. I really do not want to tub it not looking for time slips just bragging rights.

You can get a 245/60 under there without tubs. That will give you another 1.5" of tread width vs what you have now (20% more contact patch).

There was a writeup on Herb's car a few years back in one the car mags (i don't remember which). Well worth checking out if come across it. Conv Dart with a homebuilt port injected stroked 400. He won the burnout contest after the car show i was at. He aint scared to use it!

Ben Drinkin,

That was October 2006 MOPAR Action..

The engine is a bored/stroked 440 to 512 cu.in.

Damn, I feel like I'm a moth to a flame.

3 beers and I went back and finished detailing the driver's side and rear of the body. Passenger side and front are all that's left on the outside. I did the hood, trunk, roof and exterior glass earlier.

Tomorrow is interior day and whatever is left on the exterior.

Hard to know how much will be left...I'm still drinking beer!

I was just out catching a few Bass! Figured I needed a day off before tomorrow. They are hitting orange and yellow spinners pretty well.

Damn, I'm jealous!

Having that nice Bass pond in your backyard is a little slice of heaven!

I have a nice pond in my backyard that WAS a nice Bass and Catfish pond.

And then an OTTER moved in and killed all the fish for sport. He ate one or two and killed the rest and let them float.
Unfortunately he has not been back or he would be DEAD.

wow that is mega cool to have three 67 darts together.

I have had every year of dart from 68-72 and a 75 but I have never had a 67.

The grille on a 67 looks real clean.

I have a 68 DD and I don't know what they were thinking when they thought of the big bulky round front turn signals LOL

I had to restock the thing a few years ago, found out later a guys cesspool upstream overflowed and the ph went sky high over the winter when it was frozen. Not a cheap thing to do.

I tried to cut the grass today and the mower wouldn't start... It started last week, but not today.... So I had to look into it...

I had bad gas... Then I fixed the mower....

Cleaned out the carb, and put a new spark plug and air filter in, and it started right up...

Then I cut the whole yard and just got done as the rain started...

you just reminded me ...I need to clean the air filter on my mower ...it's getting pretty nasty

Well, that sucks. If it comes back I would turn it into a nice winter hat...warm and waterproof!

It was a carry over from the '67 GTX that was winning wildly at the track. Mopar tried to capitalize on the look and carried over to the Dart. It just didn't play as well as they hoped it would.
