The box itself has to be approved by the post master general. I just bought a cheap box at home depot hollowed the mock up Blick and screwed it in. I don't have to worry about height or distance from the road. My mailbox is 40 ft from the road. It's all walk up service here.
There is a guy in my neighborhood who hung a ww1 plane about 15 ft above his regular mail box with a sign that reads Air Mail.
I live in town and have a PO box and not many in yard mail boxes.

Stopped back by that same garage sale down the street on our way to Costco, somehow missed 4 Mopar glasses yesterday got em for $1 total, woo hoo! Also found out that the homeowners father in law opened the Dodge dealership in town some years ago.
Finally finished splitting the two Hemlocks I had taken down near the house. Woodpecker had a field day on one, one dying, both too close. This won't be ready to burn this winter but I have a huge pile of alder and some hemlock to work on that will, most in logs. Time for a beer!

Yes it was more than I thought, some of the rounds were about 33 inches, rolling them around etc. plus throwing it all up on the pile. Can't imagine doing it with my maul/wedges.
I like that, never seen that grill on it, what year? Don't know that I've even seen an intake like that either : )
Looks like a 72 shark tooth grill . It was at mopar fest in Newhamburg Ontario .

Oh, okay, like it! I showed the misses the grill that's on Ebay, sent seller some questions. Wish I never would have sold my stock one but my car was never going to be original so decided shark tooth was where I was headed.
