The old RFK stadium was basically in the HOOD. Fed Ex stadium was built around 1997. It is in a corridor of businesses and close to major roads. They actually had an account with me at my main Parts Store for years. Grounds Dept.. And....They always paid ontime.... :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Went to bed at 2AM so I would be really tired. Got 4 hours straight and another 3 with a few wake ups. So I am doing pretty good :thumbsup:

That never quite worked for me. End up with a lot of dead grass. But, so far its been an easy year. He's giving a good combo of weather and wind that has been working with me and not against me. :thumbsup:

To be exact... It was built in 98-97... Loved it... Cause it brought lots of business to the area. Now... Prince Georges County ( #1 County for African Americans) have made it a ( Premier Corridor ) , Which actually has improved profitability for local businesses ...... AND Raised Property values.....Lovin It..... :thumbsup:
