Stop in for a cup of coffee

Hey guys,
Just to make sure, what are the threads on the intake manifold for bypass and heater? 3/8" NPT and 3/4" NPT or is the bigger one 1" NPT?

I might have one of those, thinking the 3/8 one I cot it for the 440 but used another one.

No number on the race at all, If it has a number on the bearing it is against the carrier. OEM I am guessing. I cannot even get a number by searching they all come up LM603049-LM603012 Which is 3.? To big that is what I have now.
Sometimes the number is on the outside of the race, and sometimes stamped into the bottom of the race. Look both places to be sure.

The bypass nipple for the 69 is 3/4" pipe thread with 1" nipple...

the heater is 3/8" pipe with 5/8" or 1/2" nipple...

Nothing at all, I know where the numbers usally are and no go on the race. I need to get the bearing off the old carrier that one should have a good number on it I would think.

pipe sizes are confusing... measure the outside of the male threads and I can tell you what it is...

They sure are since the designation is for inside diameter ... Karl already confirmed my suspicion, thanks , Keith.

Uhh. No !! Hell No !! I'm sure someone has one on this site. I personally am not familiar with the small block fittings, therefore, unsure of the correct size. Karl will know for sure. All my stuff is Big Block
That place has a heck of an inventory but they seem to have a standard markup of 100%. On top of retail prices, mind you.

The auto parts stores usually have them in the help section for under $10, Karl since you have the big box going there want to pick them up? By the way I am sending the box of hardware from here prob tomorrow, just waiting on the clips from Mitch.

Hops, what rearend are you building ? and do you have the old ones that came off the carrier ? I have to say I have never seen a bearing or race that did not have the timcon numbers on them, have them in hand ?

No out in the shop. Putting the sure grip in and the new 3.55 gears. I know there are two sizes but my rear is right around the change so it has the smaller bearings.

Really weird on the race there is always numbers on the fat side of them, not this time.

Should have got those already. Wonder why not. Hope today.

Yes seems the same as the old one, I think that was because of the gear ratio you used. I know that one was special.

I will find out when I get the bearings for sure. I think I have some more shims.
