I went off on a person today after she told me its been hot like this at the beginning of the season for the past 20 years.. I told her "well you should be used to this then". She then told me to just go turn it on and I told her to come with me to see what I have to do to just "turn it on". She told its not her job and i told her that she is stopping me from doing mine.. I was very short with people today!

Long day at work for me too. Too much "I don't know what I want, but I need it today. Can't you just put something together?"

Sure, it's only for closing a $125 million deal so I'll just guess at what's needed.

That way you can tell me that it wasn't right after I dropped everything and crushed my team to get done and only to have everyone stay up all night redoing it. :BangHead:
 
We are flooding bad in town, hospital is taking on water, Homes are 3 feet under water and it is still raining cats and dogs ! Well I thought I would chimb in before I lose power or interweb , I am high and dry here on the hill but LORDY ! You should see what I am seeing on tv..

We have never in history been put in a flash flood emergancy , We just was !! I am telling yea ! Jonesbor Arkansas has over 75.000 and it has never dun this, I may end up with lake front/river front property, They have put us under an emergancy flood warning,

Don't mess with rising or moving flood waters, they can be lethal...

I guess bad days were the norm. I had to deal with booger eatin morons all day as well.. it's done now. Tomorrow is a new day. For now, it's indigo skies and amber beverages..

i am running behind like a slow dog today. Everything I should have done around lunch time, I am doing now. Everything I need to do for dinner time I will probably be up all night LOL

I don't get stressed tho ....it all gets done when it does and I am still on FABO so HA!!!

Well now, don't be getting in too much of a hurry. Way too much of that going on these days. Relax, take your time and get it done. And I'm glad you found time for us...
 
any day is a good day when you get in a sun rise Pyro fix LOL ...

now I am getting my driveway back, my family piles stuff in the driveway for me to clear out since I am in charge of the back 40. Then I don't get to it right away and then it makes a mess and starts being a menace.

I came home, had two nice beverages on the porch, fired up the bike (she was cranky, really needs my cheap *** to get her a new battery), went for a short ride to the store... now i think I'll relax a few and then see if i can make a bit more progress in the garage..

A few more days like this one and I'm gonna start cooking on the grill like this as a stress reliever!

Thank you sir. It seems to be working out very nice... found a 80s/90s pop rock station on an old Radio Shack transistor radio. Not my first music choice but it seems to fit right now!
