Wow Steph that looks great! one thing for sure this here ain’t exactly a lazy bunch! I have heard a good Manhattan cures a headache?

What could possibly go wrong? Is Chin used to your redneck engineering yet? By same token that likely looks like a normal day on a VN job site,

I was a little apprehensive to do that while they were at work and nobody else here.....What could go wrong, besides landing on my head down the stairwell ?? :rofl: :rofl:
 
Got some more welding done on the fender repair, picked up parts for the xterra and ordered tires. 4 for the xterra and 4 for the Studebaker. Theres $2500 down the pipe.
Had another xmas get-together brunch. My favorite christmas meal, crepes, sausages and bacon. Big assortment of fruits for filling.

Ya, i have an empty wall above stairwell, Kim wants to put the family photos up there. I will be setting up my laser level for that.

That’s some sketchy engineering right there! Im sure that wouldn’t be OSHA compliant on a job site. Good job though. Kudos to you for climbing that alone. Or did you not want witnesses around :lol:

I feel super lazy! All I did was put up a new ceiling fan. Simple job, but in Mexico, it's concrete ceilings and walls. Every task involves a hammer drill. But it is done. 2 more and I'll have replaced all of them. Salt air kills them about every 2 to 3 years..

So here is my Saturday job. I have to clear the pad of all the catch all crap so I can start laying out walls and figuring out my rafter. I am just going to make my own. But first I have to move a bunch of road rock so I can get truck and trailer thru. The tin is twenty ft sections.

Done for the day and getting ready to watch K-State in an hour play their bowl game. Their starting QB, second leading rusher, second leading receiver and defensive captain all left for the transfer portal. The money thing is hurting college football...JMO. On the other hand, the other team North Carolina State lost their starting QB on a transfer. K-State has their freshman QB starting. He played a couple games this year really fast and a cannon for an arm might be interesting.

I have mixed feelings on the whole money in college thing for sports, but one thing for sure it is taking a toll on the respective programs. I just called it a day as well.
