And I quasi found the top to another bench! Not exactly squared away yet but I found the top.
Wow Steph that looks great! one thing for sure this here ain’t exactly a lazy bunch! I have heard a good Manhattan cures a headache?View attachment 1716184105Well now I wait for it to dry. The fumes were not fun at all. I have a bit of a headache even with the mask and exhaust fan. Grant it the mask was only an n95 probably didn’t do much good. Fingers crossed it holds up. The exhaust fan is still going and the window is open. I’m keeping the bathroom door closed to cut down on it through the rest of the house.
What could possibly go wrong? Is Chin used to your redneck engineering yet? By same token that likely looks like a normal day on a VN job site,I just finished running a little risky operation here. The light in the stairwell was not working. I was sure all the bulbs were blown out since I never changed them before. Little sketchy with the ladder the way it is above the stairwell and had to reach up even a little bit. But it's fixed now. Just needed bulbs.

I was a little apprehensive to do that while they were at work and nobody else here.....What could go wrong, besides landing on my head down the stairwell ??What could possibly go wrong? provided you were wearing flops!
Good job Mitch a bit scary for us old farts but what the heck it worked.I just finished running a little risky operation here. The light in the stairwell was not working. That’s some sketchy engineering right there! Im sure that wouldn’t be OSHA compliant on a job site. Good job though. Kudos to you for climbing that alone. Or did you not want witnesses aroundI just finished running a little risky operation here. The light in the stairwell was not working. This looks good John. Now rest your shoulder with a nice glass of bourbon. And you are right this is not a lazy bunch. Keep moving and age can’t catch me is how I look at it.
I feel super lazy! All I did was put up a new ceiling fan. Simple job, but in Mexico, it's concrete ceilings and walls. Every task involves a hammer drill. But it is done. 2 more and I'll have replaced all of them. Salt air kills them about every 2 to 3 years..Wow Steph that looks great! one thing for sure this here ain’t exactly a lazy bunch! Keep me posted on your return, I have your shiny new calendar! I can run it over to ya, or you can swing by. I tried to snag you some Buffalo Trace but there is nary a trace of it in North West Ark.I feel super lazy! All I did was put up a new ceiling fan. I still have to stuff them up into the box’s.

Well since Jodi had to help me get my jacket off !
I have mixed feelings on the whole money in college thing for sports, but one thing for sure it is taking a toll on the respective programs. I just called it a day as well.Done for the day and getting ready to watch K-State in an hour play their bowl game. Their starting QB, second leading rusher, second leading receiver and defensive captain all left for the transfer portal. The money thing is hurting college football...JMO. On the other hand, the other team North Carolina State lost their starting QB on a transfer. K-State has their freshman QB starting. He played a couple games this year really fast and a cannon for an arm might be interesting.
