It is what I am doing. So, now to just work Mon - Thurs one week then Tues - Fri. 4 day weekend. Then 2 day weekend. Could be niceI’d gladly take that for a 3 day weekend

We run 4 and 5 shifts. 3 normal 8hr shift, then 2 on weekends. Those are 12s. Work 36. Paid for 40 I believe.
That's too bad. I live in John Deere country. They still run 3.
