Morning all nothing new just going to enjoy our last few days before we fly home Friday night.

How deep is it up there? If they flashed and sealed right, that shouldn't happen.

Good Morning
I wish I knew. I haven't seen the area only from a drone video and not close up.

I would suggest accidentally missing the plane and spending a couple more days in the sun! Go Chefs!
Funny you say that because at one time with the extended deep freeze there was talk of extending. We’re scheduled for Florida arriving 13 February. We were just going to extend and fly from here to Florida. Weather is better now so we’ll go home for a couple weeks.

8 more days for me. Then I am headed In Country for a 3 month Party.....
Ohh....Good Moring Mopar Mob......

We hiked up Diamond Head yesterday what a work out. Very uneven natural steep rock path. Near the top it’s 200 stairs to finish. The legs are singing but what a view. Picture is waikiki beach and then looking north up the bay.

I'm not sure what is 'accepted' practice for a flat with metal on residential. Probably not something they encounter much. On cold storage we had rubber sheet lapped a foot up the side and cemented. I'd have that area sealed up like a swimming pool!

We use frost shield a course or two close to the gutters. I think this area is up where 2 or 3 valleys meet. They should have used it but I don't know for sure. Like I mentioned, there is a strange little flat roof area up there that can't be seen from the ground.

Tough area.. killing coal killed the economy. Opiods hit there very hard.

Amazing outdoor recreation opportunities... housing is very inexpensive. If you look at land, check on the mineral rights. Usually they've been sold off.

There's a lot of effort to bring tech in. Several new ventures. The governor is very active in that respect.

Look at this...

Remote Work Opportunities in The Mountains of West Virginia
Haha that’s actually why I ask. I was reading this months issue of Forbes and that very same ad was in there. We’ve suddenly become open to moving out of state but it’s still a long ways off. That said, I’m tempted to buy some property out there if I can find one I’d like. I’m just 3-4 hours from the state line and it’d be a nice get away

Do some reading on surface land owner rights in WV. Also note the franking zones.

Used to be you could find property with free natural gas as part of the mineral rights pay out.

I just got finished repairing a customer's snow blower that he couldn't get started. Same guy always. Can't keep any small engine equipment running. Same thing as always, carburation. All plugged up. I think he's a day late and a dollar short though here. The snow is melting now and will be gone by tomorrow. Lol. Come and get it. 1 hour $100. Thank you very much

Well, thought i was going to get some stuff done. I started with a nap. Not sure im done with that yet. Draining the hot tub, will clean and refill tomorrow.

I was just funnin' with Tim this morning about the life jackets and the up coming rain. Since 05:00 Oceanside Municipal Airport has gotten almost 2" of rain  Here just .70" since 01:00 .
