I don't know if it made the news on the Right Coast, but San Diego County got pretty well hammered yesterday. Tim's freeway got flooded again. It took 6 months for them to fix it last year. California Real Estate Developers have a real problem with building things in dry river and creek beds

Step 1 .. Light fire under the still
Step 2 .. Bring mash to a boil
Step 3 .. Insert raccoon pecker bone into discharge line
