So they do have a restroom but it's behind the counter so they wouldn't let her use it? Assholes for sure, then.
Most effective remedy to this is probably to call the head office and threaten to contact the media. Or go straight for media.

I'd guess you would most of all want the rubber patch to be where your heel rests when your foot is on the accelerator pedal.
I would be surprised if they spent more than a few seconds adjusting the carpet position in the factory.

However (just so you are aware) the ADA applies to employees and only to customers IF they are required to provide a service for them. In other words, if they don't have a public bathroom then ADA does not apply to the public for bathroom access. They are a bank and are not required to provide a bathroom for customers like a restaurant is.

Given that, they should have provided better customer service in a bathroom emergency and provided some accommodation (although not legally required to do so). Your best bet is to make a complaint to the highest levels of the Company and bypass the local branch to be heard. Don't remove your assets yet and use them as leverage by threatening to do so if they don't respond appropriately. Then when/if you do, have the press there to cover the story and record you removing them in protest of poor customer service.

It sucks, but they aren't required to give you bathroom access although common sense and good customer service ethics should have compelled them to do so. Especially in the small town environment in which they are operating where customer goodwill is paramount.

Just to be clear, is every workplace required to have a handicapped accessible restroom for their employees in the USA? If so, then denying a long-term customer access to it simply because they have no legal obligation to do so is pure assholery.

It don't bother me either. So many Dusters have gone to scrap for frame damage or less. If someone wants to throw the sheet metal over a truck chassis and allow it to live on, what's there to ***** about?

I used these guys here for my Radio. Small, Family run business. They converted my Stock AM radio for me. Has digital FM now and plug ins for I pods, etc. Can't tell they did anything to it. Looks completely original.

May have to look into this when the Dart lives. I think the Barracuda will remain a radio delete car for the duration.
 
Yup, Thats one of the Worlds greatest thing. Having young handsome sons. Always a treat when they visit with the GF's. Sure.. come on by... the Pool is open.....
 
Hey Keefer, i got a 73 Swinger at work that has whats left of its original carpet. I'll see if i can snap a pic for you sometime this morning. I pulled the column out but haven't disturbed much else inside..

Hindsight being all 20-20 and whatnot, I'd have put in pool years ago if I'd known. I just never figured my kids will pull down the quality tail they've managed to..
