Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well off to do some surgery on the belve, getting like an autopsy here. SeeYA!

He is in Allentown it will be a pick up which is always good, he might need more stuff!
that's good. Usually cant get much for big stuff if people gotta pay a buttload for shipping.
He has one that was a strip car and wants it on the road, tail lights, interior front and back trim which is great, arm rest pillars, wiring, dash frame. dash pad, don't remember if it was good or not. Great call, all of it was going on flea bay anyway!
explains a lot. Most dash swaps are to upgrade, Rally or something different. Not usually a part that goes bad. And if it does the rest of the car is usually total trash. Even my rust bucket Duster has a perfect dash frame.

true enough - but ya gotta wonder why the guy wants it... maybe his got cut up to make the car a race car... ?

that's the way I took it. Prob holes cut for gauges and whatnot,
Those dashes come out Really easy after you remove the windshield. I've done many of them. Love the way they designed it. After you remove the 5 bolts under the windshield weatherstripping, You loosen a bolt under the dash on the inside of each kick panel area, And the whole thing pivots down, allowing access to unplug harnesses and cables. Then Two people can slide it right out of the car. I've always done all mine in complete dash assy , wiring and all. Never have to lay under on my back much there. @halifaxhops

yea - the hardest part is getting it up and over the steering column/wheel - usually..

ah ha - I've done a couple in A bodies - steering still in - - just a little "dance" to get around it - of course the windshield HAS to be out..

huh - looks like most of you middle and west peeps slept in or something... or are you up a little early there Chris?

Good morning, very nice day off here, high temp only 84, I have my windows open right now, can hear the Cardinals chirping.
Was reading about this full moon. They say it's very auspicious falling on the summer solstice AND it is unusual that we had two full moons in a row in Sagittarius. The end of a chapter or perhaps a whole volume, of something in our lives. They say figure out what that is today and set our sights on it....

Haha I was reading that one strategy of harnessing the power of this rare occurrence is just to be "in" it and your intuition will guide you...
