Damn, no photo of the finished product. Pork loin medallions wrapped in bacon. Grilled. Baked Potato with onion, butter, and spiced with Lawry's, and root vegetables with brown sugar. (sweet potatoes, turnips, and beets)

Kim did pork tenderloin, honey, soya sauce and bacon in the Insta Pot. Rice on the side. 8 minutes. Yum!
I think I'll try to go back to sleep.

Morning!
Maybe a bit of rain this afternoon. Thinking i need to work on the crooked barn thing today. One post is rotten, so i jacked it up,will cut it off and dig out the rotten piece and lap join a fresh one. Should be no fun.
not many nice weekends left. Oh and put away 12 boats/trailers that were dropped off this week.
