Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning all...sunny and warm here in Florida. We're enjoying our time with the grand kids but ready to head for home in a couple days. Mike @toolmanmike I had your same problems. I did some research, and it pointed to a few things. The first one was the statins I was on a low dose for cholesterol and blood pressure. The second was not taking a magnesium supplement. I lost 50 pounds a couple years ago and have kept it off I looked better but still felt like crap. One day I said F it I'm not taking the statins. At the same time I started taking a daily 250mg magnesium supplement. Within a week I felt better, two weeks I felt great like a 30-year-old again!! I slowly increased the magnesium supplement to 450mg a day.
I went in for a recent blood test and everything was great including my thyroid that was elevated, and they tried to medicate...I never took the pills. My LDL cholesterol has been a little high for years I did the research and started taking ginger root a possible cure. Several studies have had people take ginger root for three months and their LDL dropped up to 30 points. I get the powder cheap at the health food store. You can sprinkle it on food, I mix a little in my coffee in the morning. After a few days it tasted fine. Just have to remember to stir the bottom third of the cup when you get there and one big gulp. Make another cup and repeat. Being on the road no problem I bought a bottle of tablets take half in the morning and half at night.
I know with your heart you have a daily medication requirement. I'm sure though there are some natural supplements that might help you feel better.
Thanks Craig. That's definitely something to look into.

Still trying to get ready for Old Man Winter. I was reading the discussion of lack of energy boy does that sound familiar. I am going to look into Craig's suggestions

Morning all. Fall cleanup on the agenda here today. We are finally supposed to get rain tomorrow.

It's only a 30 minute drive to a decent vantage point for those launches. Made it just in time for a smoke and to get the windows in the Hemi Express rattled real good  . Crystal clear, that half moon could have been in a better location, oh well . I'll have to look, I think Elon has another launch scheduled in the very near future. Maybe it will be one of the launches that sets down on the launch pad :D.
This booster landed on the "Of Course I Still Love You" barge somewhere in the Pacific.
Always wanted to see a shuttle launch but never did. Now I wanna go see the falcon heavy or the Orion

I used to be on the rescue birds for support of the shuttle if it went wrong believe it or not. There is a emergency escape shoot they could get out. Like as the astronauts said slim chance. Pretty cool seeing it launch from around a mile away and in the air. loved those trips VIP all the way and they never ever launched on time. Hey, I will take a week in Coco Beach, FL in the winter, in a Hilton and 150 a day periderm. Screw July and August!

I've never had anything to do with shuttles/spacecraft launches but when I was deployed to Diego Garcia I heard there's a window in the launches where they can only track them from that location

Funeral to go to on Tuesday. I would rather eat liver but I will go for my sis in law and her family. It's not about me.

Hey Chris. Things are good. Lower back needs some stretching. My boy was over last night. Was good to hang out. How are things by you?
Chugging along. Was going to do car stuff this morning, but with rain potential, I need to get to the outside stuff and work on the car tomorrow.

I did get a line on a 56 inch roller cabinet that looks decent. Going to go check it out tomorrow morning. I hate digging through tools and cases to find what I need

Yes, think Australia also. Think line of sight. Alot of Runways around the world were lengthened just for the shuttle to land on just in case.
