Happy birthday John we'll celebrate in a couple days and looking forward to it...at least there will be adult supervision present this time.

Morning everyone still in Florida had the grand kids stay with us last night so Mom & Dad could have a night out. Mom comes later to pick them up and we have most of the day off. Chiefs play at noon after that we head over to the kids house and take them out to dinner. Meeting them for breakfast in the morning and then head for home.
Be safe out there, Craig

Hay !! Hay John !! HAY!!
It's your birthday cousin! Enjoy it your way
Hope all is right up on your hill/mountain @Sublime one

That was a fun day, as a sponsored shooter my leather guy can be very creative. The part you cannot see is that holster is actually Kydex lined. He asked me to come over and verify fit and how the pistol draws. It fit great! He is amazing. In several arenas we are not allowed to utilize leather for a holster due to the complications of coming in and out of holster at speed. Thinking outside the box my non conformity self thought why could we not have Kydex on inside and leather on outside. I took a dremel to a Kydex holster and trimmed all non essential material off. Then leather guy shrunk the leather onto the Kydex. It is amazing. The belt is just a prop to establish elevation, the finish belt is purty! I like my holsters slung low Buscadaro style. I am still rocking that holster and I got no idea how many he was able to manufacture as a result of that collaboration. His leather craftsmanship skills are amazing.

so.. got my garage heater wired... then decided to check fluids on my jeep.. in 7 years i have opened the hood maybe 6 times for oil changes.. thing has been great i shouldn't have looked.. water pump has a slow leak at the seal.. just a tinnnny bit.. no biggy, will fix when it's an issue.. but i have oil on the inside of both frame rails.. and no idea where it came from.. can't find a leak anywhere.. that really bugs me.. and it's not a tiny bit of oil.. and oil level is full... 7 year old.. thing has held up well.. only 28k miles though didn't expect any problems yet.. Thinking of trading in. I wish mopar made a decent size truck and not just these giant monsters. I would love a new dakota... might look at a ranger if i get something new. Grand cherokee is nice but there are times i miss having a truck

I am waiting till the economy settles down some before up dating my 2017 F350. Hoping prices come back to reality....My truck has been as near perfect as can be hoped for......and not excited about spending another 90k on a new one...
