Morning gang.

Another day that seems kinda shot in the arse. Need to get the roofing done on the shed, but the winds are up and I'm not going to fight 4x8 sheets of OSB on a ladder by myself. :BangHead:

I don’t like electric roaster pans… first time using one and damn it cooked it in 2.5 hours instead of the normal 5-6. At 275 degrees too

6 inches. Suitable for space craft landings. Nice work Tim.

Is it that thick for any particular reason?
On a good slope. Front to back. I could have back filled DG to level it but it could get washed away. So it's concrete. 4 in the rear processing to 6 in the front
.

No additional rain since 08:00. They expect it to start again Sunday night and remain until Tuesday. SpaceX 21:25 PST tonight SLC4E Vandenberg, launch time subject to change. Should be dry enough for Donut Derelicts in the morning :D

And it's pinned to the foundation with 1/2 rebar...to keep it from separating from house
That foundation goes 12 feet into to ground and is rebarred into solid granite seam. And it's 2 feet thick.
It's going no where

What's the breast temp? Looks undercooked. No separation between the legs and carcass.
205 per two different thermometers. I didn’t believe it either for the same reasons you thought it was undercooked. I normally only cook it to 170.
