I can modify the pinion snubber or contact point to help with leaf spring wrap up or tire shake.

Yes, we love our weather in Northeast Arkansas, if you don't like it give it a chance and it will change, been washing mos off a corner of the roof and just got done, shot of crown or two and now warming my we feet cuzz, new shingles to go up soon this month
