There was a driver in crowd situation in Germany at a big holiday market before Christmas. Killed 5 and injured 200. We learned last week my wifes niece and her family were there in town. Luckily not in the immediate area where it happened.

One of my best friend in elementary school had an older brother, like 2 years older than us. I moved to different town until HS. Came back and my buddy's older brother is all-state HS running back :eek: . Garland graduated, signed with Ariz State. Got there and he was behind a sophmore that was just killin' opposing defenses. Garland saw the signs and said "Screw this! I'm going somewhere I can play football!" Garland wound up at Cal Lutheran I think it was and played his heart out closer to home and not in that lovely Phx weather :lol:. Kid he was behind at ASU, Rookie of the Year when he got drafted.

I have a niece that was over there with hubby, same luck, not in the area when it happened.

Yes.

There’s been now 3 terror attacks since midnight. 2 in New Orelans, one of those was foiled, they caught 4 individuals setting IEDs up and down the street near the stadium and the Catholic Church near bourbon street.

3rd was a truck bomb in Vegas, 7 wounded .

Both trucks confirmed rented from same place. News reporting 2 more vehicles were rented by same guy..

Isis terrorist attacks in the US, 2 carried out, 1 foiled, several suspects still on the run. Possible more attacks.

I didn’t know anything about it until my Captain called me about it

Good morning. Got woken up at midnight, power went out. Generator kicked on and power just came back on at 0415. Did not sleep well since. Time for some coffee.
 
Too early for me. I just took a
Pure zzzzs and hope to be back to sleep soon. The catis purring lowdly so that may not happen. LOL
