Good morning everyone and Happy Friday. Man this has been a long week. I am going to try dry needling on my back for my bad discs in my C3-5 area. Never tried it, so i am curious to see if it will reduce the pain.

And this was a joke. They are the strictest people in the country for regulations, seems reckless to not do every measure possible to curb all the annual issues there. The fires undid most everything they have saved (on a grand scale) when it comes to pollution and the air/environment.

Like Chris I had some relief as well from acupuncture. But same result, it was not long lived. But man it sure felt good for a bit.

We have a PT guy here that has a stretcher. Straps around your ankles and a harness for your head and stretch. I can see where it would give some gap to those compressed discs. Ever try an inversion table? A friend has one and it works for him.

We are getting lucky. The storm converging from North and South is staying away from us, we may get a flurry or two but that's about it
