Stop in for a cup of coffee

Andy and Emily are closing on their house today. Exciting times for a upung couple. First time home buyer, $350 grand. Our first one cost $45,000.
Dang I think my first one was 11k. It wasn't great but it was my wife's aunts and uncles. Then my mother, brother, daughter and son lived there. It was a family home for a very long time till my son finally sold it. Then he purchased his wife's Grandparents home.

Hey happy Monday to you all birthday's, real estate, and weather you never know what you'll get when you log in here. We're going to hang out today and take it easy been on the go ever since we got here. We still have a couple weeks and realize that we can't do it all. Have a great day!!

Yes, I have a slight advantage. I can drink early. And today I am working on correspondence concerning my Ex-Wife's Illegal activities here in Vietnam and in America...Hope I spell everything correctly. KKKKKKKKKKKKKK
Odd turn of events I have to go to San Antonio in March for some training! Want me to deliver anything?
KKKKKK

The guard still base it on points or TSP?
Both.

However, I’m on the old points system.

Anyone that joined after 2016, automatically on the new blended TSP system and anyone with 5 years or less of service at that time, got automatically enrolled with a “catch up deposit” to their TSP match. 5-10 years of service it was optional and you got a 5 percent match.

If you had more than 11 years at that time, you screwed with no choice and no match and you stayed on the old points system, I had 12 years completed when that went live
