Dang.... Sad story.
I used to hang out in Kreuzberg when I was living in Berlin. It was NUTS. @halifaxhops ...at the time serious punk vibe in a lot of the clubs. Dudes with hair spike implants. Just riding the subway in and out of there was entertaining as all get out.

From techno temples to hedonistic hideouts, anything-goes revelry has been core to Berlin's soul for the past century. But rising rents and rapid gentrification may kill the party.

Temps are climbing. About the same as Fred.just throw in high winds and snow.
Wake up to a burning smell in the house. Furnace is in runaway mode. Sequencer or high limit went bad. Its warm enough outside that the pellet stove will fill the gap until i come back with my ohmmeter.
And yesterday i went out to my truck to discover the fan wasnt working. The kicker is it has a 2 year warranty,and i replaced it 27 months ago.

My Brat was tellin' me yesterday that the granbrat's elementary school was planning for a "snow day". Today's morning temp in Phx is supposed to be 40° and that's too cold for the muchkins to be outside
