they would put that in the rebuild hours, only if it had to be done.. will only give you shop time for the min a shop would do to get it going. Now if you show that it is not rebuildable and had to be replaced... that's good for the amended claim. Be sure if you need little stuff, sensors etc that they give you the labor time. Probably more $ than the part!.7 is a joke takes me a few hours with cleaning it. I usually take all the lead plugs out and blow out the passages then put them in and jb weld over them to take care of any leaks.
