If you use the paper/cardboard style header gaskets, it helps to soak them in hot/warm water for 10-15 minutes before installing them... The water will help expand them some and then they will squeeze down better and form to the 'defects' to seal better ...
 
The ones I got from Schumacher were the three piece ones and a real pain in the *** to put on. Got pics of the build Mark?

It used to be bad when I was working buying jewelry. Now it would kill us and she knows I know when she buys stuff. Vonage is great to go into the phone records.

I have a header tick and there is no way to get to it until I jack up that side of the motor and MAYBE I can get to it. Really tight cannot even get to those plugs with a socket have to use a wrench and the plug wires are also a headache, just did them the other day!
