I just got a cash offer on my other house for sale from a legitimate local buyer who is closing on their house in 2 weeks. It's a fair bit low, but not out of the ballpark. We just sent back a counter offer. We are about $25k apart so hopefully we can get to a price that everyone can live with.

Not really... Think it needs a window motor now on the Caddy. Fixed grounds on the T/A.. Putting rear leaf springs, shocks and calipers on the T/A today. Have my young protege coming soon for breakfast and then turn wrenches. These young guys are suckers when ya offer em breakfast.. LOL...

I bet that is a GM, I have seen a lot of GM vehicles do that ...had a customer car come in ...93 Lumina car and it wasn't as bad but something similar
