Hey folks!

Work today consisted of biking 9 miles and back. The kids in our classes had an excursion and I biked after them, helped with lunch, hung out and rode my bike home again.

Now I'm making Habanero sauce again, waiting for a few passengers and then we're riding up to the middle of Sweden to run the yearly 90 km relay. This year I'll be driving the transport vehicle only because my left heel is acting up. My daughter is running again, though, so I gladly make the trip. Fooled an old pal of mine to fill my spot so he's coming too.

BTW, I've found a few pics of her drinking coffee...and that's because she's not yet old enough to drink beer!!
