I swear all Real Estate Agents are idiots.

Buyer asks for A, B and C.

I tell my Agent to reply saying I will do A, I won't do B and will give them $500 for C.

He replies to them and says I will do D, E and F costs $500.

The Buyers Agent then tells the Buyer that I will do A, B and F and give them $500.

I've got another friend I'm waiting to hear from too. Hes a charger owner and I'm hoping for better news from him.

Been reading about it, it is bad down there. If the news would report on it, it would scare the crap out of people up here.

I'd love to have one of those. I've replaced both front springs on our old A6 and one on our A4. They would have been a breeze with a wall (or vise) mounted compresser. Intalling the rear springs usually requires them to be compressed when installed which sucks. No room and trying to wedge in a deadly compressed spring. Right now I've replaced two out of four springs on our A4 and I really should replace the other two as well - or so I've been told. I've got them in the basement already.

Wow. Sounds like they need to get out of there. Something has to go down sooner or later. Like a military coup.
 
Oh, and good morning folks!

Did my first day of 'normal' work at the school where I am today. It'll be great! I even got a key so I can let myself in!
 
Having trouble sleeping again...

I'm gonna go to the recliner to see if that can help me get some sleep...

What's up with that? Was hoping for a little Rust! I got used to eating rust working on my car. Now I'm near done I don't get much. I think I'm getting iron deficiency. :D
But seriously; Q. who gives away a bolt including shipping AND cleans it up? A. Dave. lol
 
Well I made it threw the 5 days of my brother from memphis staying here on the hill with me Pete (brother from Memphis) spent some time with my brother Ken(brother with Pancreatic cancer) here on the hill along with 18 people (family) on Friday night.
Pete is a 25 beers per day drinker, and a painter (Memphis high end apt) ..... Buddy, Sugar britches and I are enjoying our little house on the hill alone..
69 Degrees here this fine morning, Good morning ol friends, nice to be back.
