I tried to get my wife to do the slutty maid costume but she wouldnt
 
We did ghost costumes one year but it looked like KKK outfits, guess there is no humor in pointed hats.
 
Funniest one I ever saw was in Hilo, HI, there was this guy that rode a bike around all over with a tin foil shirt, hat and boots, everyday! Had matching pin wheels all over the bike also, brought the kids to the mall to trick or treat and there was a toddler in that get up on a tricycle. Funny as hell. That would be deemed offensive today I guess. Won best costume also!:rofl:

Mike ever do strands of fishing line over the entrance? They feel it but do not see it creeps them out.
 
Not as many neighborhoods conducive to trick-or-treating nowadays (obviously.) Good to see the tradition is still alive in some places, because it sure was fun to run the neighborhood and get candy when we were kids. There was always a house where they did some cool things like play spooky sounds and rig ghosts to drop down from the trees.
 
Ever get the hot adult drunk chicks show up? We rented a house in Norfolk with a few shipmates it was a party house and a few doors down there was a bar. Get a knock on the door and these two really hot women in costume are there trick or treating, Darrel yells out THE TRICKS ARE HERE AND THEY HAVE NICE TREATS! Pretty funny they ended up hanging out for a while.
 
it's fun to watch the kids sort of creep up to your door - wary of what might jump out and scare them... I like to sit still in a chair - in a costume, behind my wife and aunt - - when they aren't looking I start to get up and head toward them - usually get a good reaction...
 
we have fake webbing, some eyeball lights that flash, a sound activated grim reaper on a long cord that "flys" overhead... plays scary music...
 
Now a days, the county controls the trick or treating... only allowed during certain times. And kids have to have something reflective on. And the hours this year are 6 to 8 pm

And they probably can't ride in the back of a Pickup Truck !!
 
Mitch who makes that dog vest I want something similar but in a bright color to keep her from getting shot by mistake.
