Emissions here is weird they just plug it in to the OBD plug and see if it has codes, if it is older it has to have all the emissions crap on it. That's why I put the oem exhaust back on instead of duels since I would have to get two cats.

I see - yea, not a lot of rusty rides here (Mass) but boy, VT and NH don't seem to care so much... see some scary beaters from there..
 
Sucks looking for a first car for the kids. That's how I ended up with the pop.
 
I am so glad there is no emission testing here....for anything new or old.

You don't see rusty cars but some like my dart has a little behind the rear wheels

It was probably digging around to take a crap and then clawing another flea infested rabid animal and then puts his claws on her face.

This is what I found
(1) The visual inspection shall be performed through direct observation or through indirect observation, using a mirror or other visual aid. (2) Provided that the make and model year of the vehicle would have originally been equipped with the device, reject if one or more of the following apply: (i) The catalytic converter has been removed, disconnected or is thewrong type for the certified vehicle configuration. (ii) Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)valve has been removed, disconnected or is the wrong type for the certified vehicle configuration. (iii) Positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve has been removed, disconnected or is the wrong type for the certified vehicle configuration. (iv) Fuel inlet restrictor has been removed, disconnected or is the wrong type for the certified vehicle configuration. (v) Air pump has been removed, disconnected or is the wrong type for the certified vehicleconfiguration
