I watch when something of interest to her crops up she jumps in and then disappears. Last nights conversation on lights. If I say something stupid she usually shows up....Don't you Rani? But she is out there....I can sense her. LOL....That is why I always say hi to her. I do feel like we may be corrupting her.

I don't think she's corruptable. She's pretty solid.

I was working alone yesterday definitely could have used a hand for a few. I hate doing wiper linkage bushings, they suck in a tight space.
 
so im about to tell my boss that if she wants me to work this OT, she needs to get the heater fixed... its 22 degrees outside and 37 inside my office
 
oh and @MOPARMITCH the land dispute just got interesting. The rest of us have decided to make an offer to just buy the lady out of her acreage that's land locked.

Sometimes the best company is the worst help. Unless its just a matter of bullwork - manpower needed. I usually have a certain way in mind I want to do things. Friday at work I was setting a couple bollard posts in concrete and guys were standing around looking for something to do. I had just dropped the post in rapid set and was getting a level on it when one of them grabbed it to 'help', I was like NO! and I think I upset the poor guy, but I had a few minutes to get it right and that did not include telling him what to do.
 
Same here Keith, Lucky @PosiRon just about read each others mind to the next step. That was a rough thing in the Air Force teaching the kids procedures, Now if I texted it to them........
